When is the booklet introduced?
After a period of anticipation and the dedicated efforts of our team, Tam Cuisine’s recipe booklet is officially introduced in March 2024. From this time forward, after each culinary experience in Tam Cuisine’s kitchen, a booklet will be given to travelers as a gift.

What’s inside the recipe booklet?
The booklet consists of three main sections, to preserve and extend the culinary experiences of foreign visitors. It includes:
Section 1: Personal notes
Blank pages are cleverly designed in the booklet for customers to jot down their notes interesting recipes, and their expressions while cooking and after each cooking class.

Section 2: Recipe for a typical Hanoi menu
An easy guide to cooking traditional dishes of Hanoi, such as Nom (Vietnamese salad), Nem rán (spring rolls), Thit kho… Through detailed recipes with vivid images, diners can continue their culinary journey at their home.

Section 3: A glance at Vietnamese cuisine
A panoramic view of Vietnamese and Hanoi cuisine unfolds, showcasing diverse climates, seasonal ingredients, and specialties from each region. Accompanying this is the traditional principles of Vietnamese people when they cook and eat, promising to provide diners with fascinating information.
